Alice E. Hoogasian

Alice E. Hoogasian, 93, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late George Hoogasian.

Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Armen and Mary (Demoorjian) Kalenian. She was educated in Westborough schools and was a 1942 graduate of Westborough High School. She also graduated from the Fairchild Secretarial School in 1943.

Alice was employed as the secretary to the director of hospital at the VA Medical Center in West Roxbury retiring in 1983. She was a member of The Congregational Church of Westborough and has been a life-long resident of Westborough.

Alice is survived by many nieces and nephews and was the sister of the late Aram Kalenian, Bertha Johnson and Margaret Kalenian.

Her funeral service will be on Friday, February 23, at 11:00 A.M. in the David A. Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11 A.M.
