Ann Fry Doucette passed peacefully on Wednesday July 3rd. Everybody dies but not everybody lives. Ann lived! She was a woman of passion and compassion. Ann loved to garden and read, she was always listening to music and loved to dance. An exceptional artist, Ann spent much time painting. No blank canvas or piece of furniture was safe. Ann loved people. It didn’t matter if you just met or had known her for years. The conversation flowed and you always felt like family. Everybody was Welcomed at Ann’s. Volunteering was important to Ann, and she worked with several organizations that were near and dear to her heart, If you asked Ann what she was most proud of, her face would light up and she would say her three Grandchildren whom she loved Fiercely. Well, them and Tom Brady of course. We miss you already! Thank you, Ann, Mom and Nana, you made the world a better place. There’s a star above shining a little brighter tonight.
The family invites you to celebrate Ann’s life and legacy on Sunday August 18th from 1pm to 6pm at the Hudson Elks, 99 Park Street Hudson, MA 01749. In Liew of flowers, donations can be made to the Make A Wish Foundation.
