WESTBOROUGH- Carl C. Patrick, 92, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of the late Mary E. (Plazak) Patrick.
Born in Tarentum, PA, he was the son of the late Stephen and Suzanne (Kotek) Patrick. He was educated in Tarentum schools and attended Wake Forest. He later graduated from the University of Pittsburg and the William McKinley School of Law in Ohio.
During WW II he served as a Special Agent of the Counter Intelligence Corps.
Mr. Patrick was a professional registered engineer and was employed as facilities engineer at Wyman-Gordon from 1967 to 1985. He was also an attorney and a Registered Land Surveyor.
He was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and was a member of the Massachusetts and Ohio Bar.
Carl is survived by one son, Mark G. Patrick and his wife, Dianne, of North Grafton; two daughters, Mari Lynn Patrick of Baltimore and Carla S. Scott and her husband, Earl, of New York City; six grandchildren, Amy Mossman, Heather Kennedy, Andrew Patrick, Meghan Patrick, Cevri Civelek and Patrice Scott; one great grandson, Brendan Kennedy.
He was pre deceased by a grandchild, Aylin Civelek and 12 siblings.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 16, at 10:00 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial in St. Luke’s Cemetery, will be private. There are no calling hours.
