WESTBOROUGH- Claire F. Tatro, 86, of Westborough, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at the UMass/Memorial Healthcare-Memorial Hospital in Worcester.
Born in Westborough, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Halloran) Hayden. She was educated in Westborough schools and was a 1945 graduate of Westborough High School.
Claire was employed as a catalogue assembler for Chase Paper prior to her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and has been a lifelong resident of Westborough.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathleen Smith of Paxton, Patricia Dagle of North Grafton and Leigh Ann Sheldon of Rutland, VT; eight grandchildren, Heather, Heidi, Meagan, Kerry, Mark, Jeff, Colby and Blaine and seven great grandchildren.
She was the mother in law of the late John M. Dagle and Thomas M. Smith and sister of the late Edward Hayden and Mary Taylor.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 3, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
