WESTBOROUGH- Clifford T. Walcott, 89, of Westborough, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. He was the husband of the late Marilyn (Riley) Walcott and the late Jean (Bissonette) Walcott.
Born in Pepperell, he was the son of the late Clifford and Anne (Koski) Walcott.
During WW II he served with the U. S. Navy serving in the North Atlantic Theatre.
Clifford spent 38 years in government service and was employed as the Property Disposal Officer at Hanscom Field and then at Ft. Devens. In later years he worked as a security officer at Digital in Westborough and Shrewsbury.
Clifford was a member of the V.F.W. Post 9013, a former communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church and St. Luke the Evangelist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Gregory Walcott and his wife, Donna, of Maine and Stephen Walcott and his wife, Susan, of Westborough; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was the brother of the late Robert Walcott.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14 at 12 Noon in the Britton-Summers Funeral Home, 4 Church St., Westborough. Burial will be at a later date in St. Bridget Cemetery, Maynard.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Saturday from 10:00 A.M. to 12 Noon prior to the service.
