Daniel J. St. Jean

WESTBOROUGH- Daniel J. St. Jean, 62, of Westborough, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the UMass/Memorial Healthcare- University Hospital in Worcester. He was the husband of Lynn V. (Wheelock) St. Jean.

Born in Milford, he is the son of Priscilla (Zeni) St. Jean of Cape Coral, FL and the late Norman St. Jean.

Daniel was raised and educated in Northborough schools and during the late 1960’s served with the U.S. Navy.

Dan was employed for 29 years as a ready mount operator at Bay State Abrasives. In later years he worked in the receiving department at Wal-Mart in Northborough.

He was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and was a member of the former Northborough Fish and Game Club. He also enjoyed hunting and camping.

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by two brothers, Alan St. Jean and his wife, Paula, of Northborough and Barry St. Jean and his wife, Patty, of Woonsocket, RI; three sisters, Pamela Pisello and her husband, George, of Florida, Michelle Ear and her husband, Joseph, of Florida and Debra Jakaitis and her husband, Daniel, of Worcester; and many nieces and nephews.

He was the son in law of the late Ronald Wheelock.

His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 13, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Calling hours are Wednesday, February 12, from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Britton-Summers Funeral Home, 4 Church St., Westborough.
