Jacqueline C. Tidman

WESTBOROUGH- Jacqueline (Chabot) Tidman, Town Historian, passed away on August 20, 2013 at the age of 87 after a fulfilling life. She was born in Boston, the daughter of the late George J. Chabot and Dorothy (Mauger) Chabot. Her husband, Walter F. Tidman, her daughter Jennifer L. Marino and her brother George J. Chabot, Jr. pre deceased her.

She is survived by her beloved family. Her daughter, Jeanne M. Silvious and her husband, James, of Fredericksburg, VA; Her daughter, Heather L. Moran and her husband, Patrick, of Grafton, MA; Her niece, Donna Jeanne Eldridge and her husband, Michael, of Martha’s Vineyard, MA; Her son, Peter A. Tidman and his fiancé, Heather W. Merrow of Center Ossipee, NH; six grandsons, a great nephew and 16 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 9, at 1:00 P.M. in the Jonas A.  Stone Memorial Chapel at Pine Grove Cemetery, Westborough. Burial will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough.
