James S. McGrath, 68, of Westborough passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 15, 2016 at the UMass/Memorial Healthcare-University Hospital, Worcester.
Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late James T. and Barbara A. (Pew) McGrath. He attended and graduated from St. Mary’s Parochial School in Milford. He also attended Franklin Career Institute for photography.
Jim was employed as a Regional Sales Consultant of flooring products for many years prior to his retirement.
He is survived by three brothers, William D. McGrath of Auburn, Thomas M. McGrath and his wife, Terri, of Mendon and Robert R. McGrath and his wife, Rosemarie, of Milford; three sisters, Frances A. Tomlin and her husband, Ben, of Ft. Myers, FL, Patricia A. Garver and her husband, Melvin, of VA and Jean M. Hendrix and her husband, Stephen, of Westborough, many nieces and nephews, and his longtime companion Pamela Cotter.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, January 22, from 5 to 7 P.M. at the David A. Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will be private.
