Janet T. Collins

Janet T. Collins, 90, of Westborough, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Northborough. She was the wife of the late Ronald P. Collins.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Sanford Parker and Vesta (Aptt) Tyler. She was educated in Westborough schools and was a 1942 graduate of Westborough High School.

Janet was employed as Head Housekeeper for the Glavin Center in Shrewsbury prior to her retirement.

She was a member of The Congregational Church of Westborough, the Westborough Country Club and enjoyed playing golf.

Janet is survived by one daughter, Donna J. Sutton and her husband, Bruce, of Hingham; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A private graveside service was held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westborough.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St.
