Joseph W. Hebert, 55, of Lancaster and formerly of Westborough, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at the UMass University Hospital, Worcester. He is the beloved husband of Andrea L. (Quist) Hebert.
Born in Holyoke, he was a son of the late Leo and Dorothy (Kane) Hebert. He was raised and educated in Holyoke and earned his bachelor’s degree at Western New England College in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Hebert was self-employed as president and project manager for Westboro Project Consultants, LLC.
He enjoyed golfing, playing guitar, traveling, particularly cruising and Disney. He was a Celtics and Patriots fan, but most importantly Joe loved spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Joe is survived by his children, Natalie, Lana, and his dog Jewel, siblings, Carole Hebert, Leo Hebert, and Christine Bradley, and several nieces and nephews, Mother-in-law Barbara McEwan, Father-in-law Carl Quist, sister-in-laws Valerie Grady and her husband Chris Grady, Sarah Quist and her husband Adam Marshall.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday, November 13 at St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St. Westborough. Burial will take place privately at a later date.
There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be sent to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
