GRAFTON- Judith A. (Moccia) Schmitt, 69, of Grafton, formerly of Northborough, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late John F. Schmitt.
Born in Seattle, Washington, she was the daughter of the late George and Anne (Dragone) Moccia and was a graduate of St. Patrick’s High School in Watertown.
She was employed for many years as a pharmacy technician for CVS in Northborough prior to her retirement.
Judi was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church in Westborough and was dedicated to her entire family.
She is survived by one daughter, Barbra A. Thomas and her husband, Jack, of Wellesley, two brothers, George W. Moccia, Jr. of Auburn and Robert B. Moccia of Andover; four grandchildren, Rebecca Audette, Jack Thomas, Michael Thomas and Lauren Thomas.
She was the mother of the late John F. Schmitt, Jr.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 3, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke’s Cemetery.
Calling hours at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., are Tuesday, April 2, from 5 to 8 P.M.
