WESTBOROUGH- Karin J. Pellett, 72, of Westborough, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was the wife of the late George H. Pellett.
Born in Naugatuck, CT, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Joanne (Lengyel) Anderson. She was educated in Naugatuck schools and attended the University of Connecticut.
Karin was employed as the sales manager at the Eastern Slope Inn in N. Conway, NH prior to her retirement.
She has been a resident of Westborough for five years, previously living in Gorham, ME and Conway, NH.
Karin was a volunteer with seniors at the Maine Medical Center and also volunteered at Westbrook High School.
She is survived by one son, Evan G. Pellett and his wife, Brittany, of Westborough; one sister, Gretchen DelRosso of Cheshire, CT; two brothers, John Anderson of Southbury, CT and Ted Anderson of Florida and two grandchildren, Ashley and Wyatt Pellett.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 10, at 10:00 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will be at a later date in Conway Village Cemetery, Conway, NH.
Calling hours at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough, are Friday, March 9, from 5 to 8 P.M.
