Marcia E. (McPherson) Keiley of Framingham and Gloucester passed away peacefully November 8, 2014. She was born in Jamaica Plain, Boston, the daughter of the late Warren A. and Mary E. (Flynn) McPherson. Her brother, Warren (Mac) and sister, Joanne Desautels predeceased her. She graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Jamaica Plain and Regis College in 1953.
Marcia is survived by her husband of 59 years, William M. Keiley Jr. and five children: William (Matt) M. Keiley III and Barbara, Hana, Maui, HI; Christopher J. Keiley and Kathleen of Gloucester, MA; Warren M. Keiley and Lynda of Haiku, Maui, HI; Amy Keiley Schur and Daniel of Westborough, MA; Johanna Keiley Cooperman and Steven of Southborough, MA; thirteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Marcia taught in the Boston Public Schools for 25 years, including time at the Mary E. Curley Middle School retiring in 1997.
Marcia was a communicant of Our Lady of Good Voyage Parish, Gloucester. She volunteered with the Cape Ann Conference of St. Vincent de Paul, serving the poor and disadvantaged along with her husband William during her retirement.
A funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 15, at Saint Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough, MA. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Roxbury, MA. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cape Ann Conference of St. Vincent de Paul or Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, alzfdn.org.
