Marie A. Ryan

Marie A. (Pinkman) Ryan, 73, of North Grafton, formerly of Harwichport, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. She was predeceased by her husband, John D. Ryan, who passed away in 2003. Marie is survived by her daughters, Rachael (Hurley) Genova and her husband, Tom, of Hudson, and Maureen (Hurley) Maiuri and her husband, Eric, of North Grafton.

She was the proud Grammy to Abigail and Emily Genova, and Allison and Caitlin Maiuri.  There was nothing she loved more than being their grandmother.  Marie could be found cheering them on from the sidelines or bragging about them to anyone that would listen.

Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Anne C. (O’Connor) and Howard Pinkman. She was also predeceased by her siblings Joan (Pinkman) Knox of Hingham and Charles Pinkman of Naples, FL.

During her life, Marie held various administrative positions and most currently worked at Home Depot in Shrewsbury where she was a proud team member who loved working with the public and making friends.

Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 7, in the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St. Westborough.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.

Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 P.M. on Tuesday, February 6, in the funeral home.
