Paul R. McNulty, 72, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Christine L. (Teasdale) McNulty.
Born in Troy, NY, he was the of the late Harold and Barbara (Film) McNulty. He was raised and educated in Schaghticoke, NY and was a graduate of Northeastern University.
Championing Public Health for 34 years, Paul was the first Director of Public Health for the Town of Westborough. Continuing his dedication to Public Service, Paul proudly represented the town as President of the Massachusetts Environmental Health Association, where he used his role to help shape and protect the environment around us.
Paul had a passion for the ocean and fishing every chance he could get. His seemingly unlimited skill set, knowledgebase and wide range of hobbies always kept him busy and always learning. As an accomplished avid Amateur Radio Operator (N1KRC), Paul has logged tens of thousands of contacts from around the world. He has received thousands of QSL Cards from all over the globe, celebrating successful contacts.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two children, Margaret V. McNulty of W. Springfield and Frank A. McNulty of Westborough: one brother, David L. McNulty and his wife, Cathy, of Malta, NY.
