Russell B. Shepherd died peacefully at Sudbury Pines Nursing Home, Sudbury, Mass, on Friday, June 28.  Russell was born and raised in Westborough, Mass and was a long time resident of Carlisle, Ma, more recently a resident of New Horizons in Marlborough, MA.  He was a graduate of Boston University in 1954.  He worked as a consultant to many companies in New England, including Nypro, the Cross Company, and several Massachusetts banks.

Russell was previously widowed by Marcella Ann Shepherd (O’Brien) also born and raised in Westborough, MA.  He is survived by daughter, Marie Lee Shepherd Preble and her husband David and grandson Matthew Preble, of Lincoln, MA.; daughter Anna Lisa Seery and her husband Robert, grandchildren Gregory and Emily Seery, of Kingston, MA.; son Russell Shepherd and his wife Kimberly, and grandchildren Alex & Erin of Northborough, MA.

Funeral services are private, but donations can be made in the name of the Shepherd family to The Alzheimer’s Association www.alz.org.
