Sally A. Wood

Sally A. Wood, 87, of Westborough, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of Earl S. Wood.

Born in Agawam, she was the daughter of the late William and Agnes (Ciempa) Kopcinski. She was raised and educated in Agawam and was a graduate of Agawam High School.

Sally was employed as an office worker in the retail industry prior to her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church, a member of the Women of St. Luke’s, the Westborough Women’s Club, the Westborough Garden Club and was a volunteer at the Westborough Senior Center.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter-in-law, Patricia A. Wood of Shrewsbury.

She was predeceased by her son, Christopher J. Wood and her sister, Frances Taylor.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 24, in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
