Scott A. Monteith, 60, of Westborough, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at home.
Born in Lynn, MA, he is the son of Howe Monteith of Westborough and the late Shirley (Gibson) Monteith. He was educated in Westborough schools and a 1973 graduate of Westborough High School. He also attended Clark University.
Scott was employed as a manager for Shaw’s Supermarkets for 25 years and most recently worked as a driver for UBER.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and enjoyed War Gaming and going to the casino.
In addition to his father he is survived by two sons, Adam J. Monteith of Worcester and Samuel H. Monteith of Westborough; one sister, Gail Ketcham and her husband, Robert, of New Fairfield, CT; one brother, Thomas Monteith and his wife, Cathy, of Kennebunk, ME; his former wife, Theresa Monteith and several nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Kenneth Monteith.
His memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25, at 10:00 A.M. in the First United Methodist Church, 120 West Main St., Westborough. There are no calling hours.
