Theresa Helen Williamson, 83, of 12 Beach St. in Westborough, lost her battle against respiratory disease on July 25, 2014 . She was born in Worcester, MA to Jane (Uniewski) and Joseph Porter and lived much of her life in Westborough, where she retired from Bay State Abrasives. She spent many years enjoying living and working in the Maine towns of Patten, Alfred and the Kennebunks. In her younger years Theresa was an avid bowler, knitter and seamstress; in her quieter years she created amazing quilts and cross stitching works of art, and was quite lucky at Bingo. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard S. Williamson, and her daughter Linda T. Leduc. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Doreen H. Adolph of Westborough, her son Richard S. Williamson, Jr and his wife Audrey of Kennebunk, ME, grandchildren Stephen Leduc, Christopher Leduc, Kevin Leduc, Tammy Parker, Carla MacKenzie, Robert Adolph, Robin Jönsson and Shannon Williamson, as well as many great-grandchildren.
Burial services will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Westborough, on Saturday, August 2 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, if you desire, donations may be made in Theresa's memory to the Animal Welfare Society, P.O. Box 43, West Kennebunk, ME 04094.
