Thomas Paul Canali 64, of Worcester, MA died peacefully at Kindred HealthCare, Westborough, MA on Saturday, December 6, 2014 after a long illness. Tommy was the son of the late Ralph and Marguerite (Michaud) Canali. Tommy leaves his wife of many years, Faith (Boccia) Canali. Tommy graduated from Milford High School class of 1968. Tommy was a surveyor and Cad Technician for over 20 years and had previously worked at Holmberg & Howe Engineering. In addition to his wife Faith, he leaves his two sons, Damien Canali and his wife Kelly and Paul Canali. Faith’s children, whom he thought of as his own, Jonathan Carcione and wife Jeannie; Kimberly Menges, and husband Jack, Jennifer Gardner and husband Mark and Jocelyn Bartley and husband Steven. Tommy’s brothers, Ralph and wife Lish; Fran Canali and Tommy’s sister Debbie Guertin and husband Gerry. Tommy’s (Papa) 12 grandchildren whom he loved dearly; Adam, Anthony, Emily, Nick, Olivia, Sophia, Gianna, Talia, Ariana, Ryan, Ava and Lola, as well as his great grandson, Santino, along with several nieces and nephews, and his brother in law Bernie Boccia and his wife Cheryl. He was the son in law of the late Mario and Anna (Tomaso) Boccia, and brother in law of the late Louis Boccia.
Cremation will be private. A "Celebration of Life" service honoring Tommy's memory will be held Saturday, December 20th, at 11:00am at Hope Chapel, 35 Chocksett Road in Sterling, MA.
