WESTBOROUGH- Virginia L. “Ginny” Lindsay, 83, of Westborough, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 1, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Henry F. “Harry” Lindsay.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Karekin and Lucy (Santoian) Kaprelian.  Ginny was a lifelong and fourth generation Westborough resident. She was a graduate of Westborough High School and the Salter Secretarial School.

Ginny retired from the Westborough School System where she was a secretary for 29 years.

Ginny was the former co-president of the Westborough Food Pantry and was a member of the Worcester County Horticultural Society. She also volunteered at Abby’s House, supported Box Project and Warm Up America for whom she knitted.

Ginny is survived by three daughters, Susan E. Lindsay and her husband, Raymond Davis, of Portland, ME, Leah J. Fatini and her husband, Walter, of Centerville and Alison V. Lindsay-Giammarco of Westborough; two brothers, Vaughn Kaprelian of Westborough and David Kaprelian and his wife, Judith, of Westborough; and four grandchildren, Matthew and Margaret Davis, Bryan Fatini and Charles Giammarco.

Her graveside funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 6, at 10:00 A.M. in Pine Grove Cemetery, South St., Westborough.

Calling hours at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough, are Friday, June 5, from 4 to 7 P.M.
